The company started with projects in villages, buying old cottages and turning them into attractive, safe, insulated and heated homes. Later, moving to historic properties in town settings the company now is concentrating on the conversion of substantial and iconic historic zone buildings into high-end apartments.

 

The development of beautifully designed, bioclimatic modular homes for edge-of-village marks an entry into the new build market using our buying skills, knowledge of local planning laws and existing market positioning.
